The tilting louvres allow you to easily switch between a closed roof for rain protection and an open-top for sunlight to filter through. The incredibly well designed built-in drainage system eliminates the need to open the roof during rainfall. Any water that lands on the louvres is channelled into discreet U-shaped gutters, hidden within the horizontal frame. From there, the water flows down through the pergola’s legs and is drained out at the ground level, keeping the structure and surrounding area dry. The PergoSTET textilene blinds are inset to the pergolas main beam structures. This results in the blind being better equipped to cope with breezes and better prevents blind movement than if they weren't inset. PergoSTET Pergolas come with 3 textilene side blinds, which are heat sealed at the bottom to avoid the fabric fraying. In addition to this, there are remote-controlled LED mood lighting strips around the perimeter of the gutter system. The LED strips can be an array of different colours and can be changed with the use of a remote control. The lights are dimmable to your desired brightness to set the mood. The gazebo would require a 240-volt socket for the lights to be activated. This well engineered contemporary pergola requires 2-3 people to assemble and should be completed in approximately 2 - 3 hours. We recommend mounting the Pergola onto a solid and flat surface. Once assembly is complete, it's crucial to promptly secure the structure to the floor using the bolts that are provided as standard. Not doing so risks structural integrity, potentially causing beams to shift. Unbolted feet leave your pergola vulnerable to movement, compromising its durability and safety. All PergoSTET pergolas come with a 3 year warranty on the frame and 1 year warranty on the blinds and louvres. Note - surface levels PergoSTET pergolas must be installed on level surfaces for their drainage system to function effectively. A standard slope of 1:80 for surface water runoff on patios is ideal. If the slope is much steeper, installation might still be feasible, but it could impact performance and potentially void warranties.
