The Zyliss cook 20cm frying pan features a swiss engineered, PFOA-free, non-stick coating reducing the need for oils and butters. The surface is hard wearing and safe for use with silicone tools. Suitable for use on all hob types including induction and boasts even heat distribution from the forged base. The Zyliss 20cm frying pan is also oven safe up to 180°C for browning and crisping recipes.Dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning and includes a 10 year non-stick guarantee. Not suitable for us with metal utensils as this may cause damage to the non-stick coating.
