The Scanpan Classic Induction 32cm wok features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution of the wok means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 32cm wok only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The wok is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C.
