Description

Whether at the buffet in hotels, restaurants or at catered events – the high-quality chafing dish from Royal Catering, your catering equipment experts, is a must-have anywhere you need to keep soups or other delicacies hot. The flavour-neutral stainless steel chafing dish is perfect for heating up large quantities of food to the desired temperature and displaying it appetisingly. Thanks to its classic design and its size, this buffet warmer is a real eye-catcher and will pique your guests' curiosity about its aromatic contents. With its 5.8 L capacity, you can serve many guests at the same time at large events with this chafing dish. The easy-to-remove warming pan with a diameter of Φ 390 x 65 mm makes it easy to fill the chafing dish with freshly-cooked soup, gravy, chili con carne or vegetable stew direct from the stove. The buffet dish is made of durable and scratch-proof materials (stainless steel, tempered glass) – and meets the high hygienic requirements of the catering industry. It also has a heat-resistant cool-touch handle that allows you to handle it without getting burnt. The heat-insulating lid has a glass insert, through which you and your guests can see the food without having to open the chafing dish. The cover can be easily folded upwards to remove and serve the food. The chafing pan is easy to use and versatile, since you don't need access to a power outlet. The fuel container is easily accessible and can be filled with fuel paste from our catering equipment collection. They are each equipped with a lid for easily putting out the flame and are designed to always guarantee safety when using the chafing dish. The fuel paste is installed centrally and safely under the bottom of the Φ 440 x 85 mm water pan. The punctual and efficient heating of the thin-walled container guarantees optimum heat distribution, keeping your dishes warm, aromatic and ready to serve even over several hours. The water also serves as an ideal buffer to prevent the food inside the pan from burning or overcooking. A further advantage of the water bath is that the hot water still keeps the food warm for some time even after the flame of the fuel been extinguished. The entire apparatus can be easily dismantled after use for cleaning and storage.
