This Scanpan TechnIQ 26cm Egg Poaching Insert, is designed to be fitted with the Scanpan TechnIQ 26cm Bistro Pan. It is also recommended that you use the Scanpan TechnIQ 26cm Glass Lid whilst poaching the eggs. This insert contains 6 x cups, each coated with a durable, non-stick layer to support the smooth release of each perfectly poached egg.
