This Ken Hom Excellence 36cm Carbon Steel Wok , is a traditional Chinese carbon-steel seasoning wok, crafted from 1.8mm gauge carbon steel. A natural, non-stick surface called a patina will develop over time and through use. Complete with a beech handle hanging loop as well as a helper handle. Suitable for use on all hob types including induction, the flat base is designed to sit on any hob type unaided. Suitable for use with metal utensils and supplied with a 10 year guarantee.
