Use MSW’s beading machine for fast, accurate work on sheets up to 1.2 mm thick. To do so, attach one of the three positive forms to the upper roller mount and the corresponding die to the lower mount. Then, use the crank to create grooves or flanges in the sheet metal. For standard applications, the package includes three pairs of flange rollers (1.5 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm) and three pairs of bead rollers (4 mm, 6 mm, 7.5 mm). The beading and flanging machine works mechanically using a hand crank. This drives the two mounts with a feeding width of 460 mm. The rotating motion pulls the sheet metal into the beading machine and shapes it as desired. Thanks to the long handle, you need very little muscle power and can process large quantities of sheet metal without tiring. The stand includes holders for all six roller pairs, so they’re always within easy reach. You can also easily secure the stand to the floor using the recesses in the base. The beading machine and its stand are made from blue-coated steel. This material’s strong and resistant to wear – just what you need for metalworking.
