The School of Wok 18cm Slice and Dice Japanese Cleaver is ideal for everyday food preparation tasks. The high quality stainless steel flat blade has a curved edge and tapers to a point, great for preparing fish. The handle of the cleaver is ergonomic which provides a firm and comfortable grip. We recommend hand washing to prolong the life of the cleaver and a good quality knife sharpener to maintain the blade. Size: 32.5(L) x 3.5(W) x 2.3(D)cm.
