Sherpa’s STS40-S is a 2 in 1 petrol scarifier and aerator is fittedwith a economical 212cc OHV 4 stroke engine.
The 3.6 litre fuel tank has alarge top mounted opening which is easy to fill without spillage.
The scarifying process removes thatch and moss from lawnsand allows moisture and sunlight to permeatethe grass roots.
The STS40-S is supplied with two cassettes; the spring tinecassette has 24 sturdy tines which remove thatch and dead grass by raking thelawn and the tips to the tines are uniquely angled to effectively catch the tuftsfor a thorough finish; The fixed blade cassette has 18 steel blades toslice into the turf layers.
this process will scarify but also aerate the lawnincreasing moisture and improving drainage.
