The Classic Light Roast Profile is optimized for light roast coffees.
It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr.
Coffee, etc.
) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.
) providing brighter, cleaner flavors and higher acidity.
This profile is one of several of ours that meet the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) guidelines for improved flavor for coffee.
Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate Calcium Citrate Sodium Chloride Just add one stick to ZeroWater, distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water (in the proper size: 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 2-litres), shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee.
Your coffee has never tasted so good! Choose from three sizes: 1 Gallon (3,8 litres)- makes 12 gallons (45,4 litres) total 5 Gallon (18,9 litres) - makes 60 gallons (227,2 litres) total 2 Litres - makes 40 litres total - some people prefer half the minerals so this is a good choice for 'softer.
