Crafted in Cornwall by Chocolarder, this 70% bar is made using single origin cocoa from Ponta Figo in São Tomé, often called the chocolate island, along with unrefined sugar to let the natural flavour of the beans shine.
Expect a clean, smooth melt with vibrant notes of mango, papaya, and ripe fruit, balanced by gentle acidity and a soft, lingering finish.
It is a dark chocolate that feels lively rather than heavy, complex yet highly approachable.
