I'm very proud of our association with Alan Paine.
After all, they did dress Edmund Hilary for his ascent on Everest, so they've been around even longer than me.
Here, they've re-interpreted the classic check scarf with a twist or two.
Its woven both straight and, on the bias, so there's a subtle diagonal running through it that gives an extra dimension.
The checks themselves are smaller than traditional used, allowing for a greater use of the colours.
There's a lovely autumnal essay is rich greens, blues and browns, or choose the tonal blues and greys for s sharp look.
100% wool made in England.
