My late father was a careful and stylish dresser, never seen without a cravat at the weekends, and with a bespoke suit and tie for business.
I've inherited his silk ties, and my favourite era is from the late seventies, when his neckwear was less kipper and more flounder.
Sometimes it was hard to see the shirt underneath.
This paisley is based on just such a design, with lozenges and ogees aplenty.
The jacket is a tailored fit, with natty contrast purple lining and AMF stitch detail.
The fabric is 98% cotton with 2% elastane for a comfortable fit.
The shades of teals and blues make it surprisingly versatile.
Team with just about anything from chinos to shorts, and for the bolder among you, there are matching trousers.
