Description

The floor scale SBS-WCS-300 from Steinberg Systems can be put to use anywhere heavy loads need to be lifted or pushed only slightly for weighing. With its 300 kg capacity and an accuracy to within 100 g, this scale is perfect for use in warehouses, wholesale, industry or in the trades. The floor scale comes already calibrated, so you don't need to make any additional adjustments and can start using it right away. Even very heavy warehouse objects sitting on the floor are easy to push onto the scale and weigh. The 100 x 95 cm weighing surface provides plenty of space for even larger objects, while its sleek design ensures that the scale does not take up any more space than necessary and makes it easier to load heavy weights. The sides are flattened so that the goods can be easily pushed onto the drive-through scale without any noticeable obstacle. The profiled aluminium weighing surface prevents the object from slipping. The feet of the industrial scale can be adjusted in height to compensate for uneven floors. If required, the scale can be pushed on rollers to a suitable location. The ABS plastic control panel with LCD display is externally connected to the weighing platform with a cable so that it can be flexibly adapted to the respective measuring situation. It can also be attached to a handle on the edge of the floor scale. The scale's energy-efficient characteristics include a battery mode with a duration of up to 30 h. The low-battery alarm prevents the scale from turning off while it is in use. You can individually determine whether the scale switches off after 120 s, 180 s or 300 s idle time to save energy. About the functions: The Tare, Hold, Zero and Unit Change functions cover every relevant warehouse process, including preparation for shipment. The individual settings enable the flexible use of numerous weighing technologies. The backlit LCD display with five digits makes it easy to read the measurement values in poorly-lit surroundings like warehouses or storerooms. An RS-232 interface is integrated into the external control panel with which you can transfer the gathered data to your computer. The floor scale allows you to display the measurement result in either kg or lb. A warning appears if the scale is overloaded by 150 %.
