5cm ice spheres.
Diluting less, and lasting longer, than traditional ice cubes, ice spheres are a better way to savour liquor on the rocks.
Made from flexible soft silicone, simply fill with water and freeze for at least four hours, then open to release a perfect ball of ice.
Why not get creative and fill the ice sphere moulds with fruit juice instead of water or try filling with citrus fruit slices or herbs - great for adding to a gin & tonic or cocktail.
