This artisanal mezcal blanco was made by 5th generation Maestro Mezcalero Cosme 'Tucho' Hernandez Martinez in the mountains of the Sierra Madre del Sur in southwest Mexico. It's made from maguey 'Jabalí', an endemic agave variety from Oaxaca that's mostly grown in the wild.
