Cuvée 47 Brut is a sparkling wine created and designed to be enjoyable and to meet the taste of a wide and transversal public. Depending on the vintage, it can be made with Glera, Chardonnay or Pinot Bianco grapes. In the glass it has a pale straw yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage that rises uninterruptedly from the bottom of the glass. The nose stands out for its simple, fruity aromas reminiscent of green apple and sweet citrus. In the mouth it is pleasantly dry, certainly full-bodied, but always with a great balance between all its components. If you are planning a nice fish dinner, this is the bottle that you absolutely must not miss.
