This School of Wok by Dexam 12/30cm Uncoated Carbon Steel Craft Wok is made from carbon steel, hand hammered with a traditional Chinese cold working technique for optimum flavour and heat retention.
Ideal for making stir fry's and curries with a true caramelised flavour.
