Description

The high-quality crimping tool MSW-CTM-02 from MSW is the perfect hand tool for electricians, auto mechanics or handymen when they need to create stable cable connections. This manual step is not only uncomplicated, but also much faster than other methods. Cable lugs are indispensable as contacts in electrical wiring: They enable you to connect cables and other electrical conductors with each other using screws. This works equally well with both crimp and press ring-type or U-type cable lugs made of copper and aluminium. It is easy to create a permanent connection: First strip the respective cable end using a professional tool and place a cable lug corresponding to the size on the end. Then crimp the cable lug with the manual crimping tool so that it is almost impossible to detach it from the cable. The hexagon crimping tool has a comprehensive crimping range of between 6 and 120 mm² (pressing jaws: 6, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120 mm²). The advantage of hexagonal pressing: Due to the simultaneous pressure from all sides, the strands in the electrical conductor are pressed evenly. Thanks to the practical rotating head, you can easily switch between the individual pressing jaws with a hardness of 42 to 45 HRC. The 65 cm-long manual crimping pliers impress with optimal leverage and thus force transfer. This allows you to crimp at any time without much effort. Thanks to the non-slip plastic cover on the two handles, the hardened steel cable lug crimping tool always sits firmly in your hands and enables you to work safely.
